Return Policy
You may return items within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital books, PDFs
- Downloadable software products or diagnostics
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm its arrival and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Books with visible signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, or software that have been opened
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
