Great book - getting in touch with Barna... another story

I have enjoyed the book as it sheds great light on the state of the family today. As we build a family ministry the book is a good guide to what is needed and the steps we put forth.
That said, I have made attempts to have further conversations with Barna which have met a wall at every attempt - their phone number only has a generic voicemail, no response to filling out their contact form, & I've tried Facebook & Instagram with no reply. So the 3 out of 5 star rating is reflective of the organization as well as the book. It seems that the author & the book deserve to be considered together as a unit. The book would receive a 5 and the organization would receive a 1 at this point. I would be thrilled to change my rating if I ever hear back from someone.
